Where do I begin! I have returned from the Annual Atma Buti retreat with my fellow Sound Healers. Last year was in Nepal, this year we stayed in Colorado. I am still digesting and practicing what I learned. Each day we had a new presenter teaching us how to enrich our practice. On the first day it was such an honor to meet and to study Sound Healing techniques with Jonathan and Andi Goldman. I have started to add morsels of their wisdom to my classes already!
